DEFINITIONS

1. Company:

2. Customer:
A person who registers, places a direct order, or signs up on the Website.

3. Website:

4. Order:
An order received by the Company via the Website or by phone.

5. Delivery Person:
A person who delivers Orders to Customers.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Personal Information

The Company collects the below-mentioned personal information when receiving an Order from registered Customers or from guests:

  • Customer’s full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Customer’s IP address
  • Payment information

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Information

Personal information is gathered whenever:

  • A Customer makes an Order as a guest, without registration
  • A Customer signs up to place an Order

By using these methods, the Customer agrees to provide his/her personal information to the Company. The Company stores Customer personal information in a relevant database and updates it whenever new data is provided.

3. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

Customer personal information is collected and stored in the Company’s database for the following purposes:

  • To inform Customers about Order confirmation
  • To contact the Customer regarding delivery or any issue related to the Order
  • To implement marketing campaigns or send relevant messages to Customers
  • To improve service quality and ensure smooth Website operation

4. Transfer of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not have the right to provide Customers’ personal information to third parties.

The Company may provide the delivery address and phone number to the Delivery Person strictly for the purpose of properly delivering the Order. The Delivery Person is obligated to keep personal data confidential and to use it solely for timely delivery.

Exceptions apply in cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, as well as to parties directly involved in processes under these Terms (e.g., banks, accounting companies, legal service providers, etc.). These parties are not considered third parties, as they undertake to comply with personal data processing rules and maintain confidentiality in the same manner as the Company’s employees.

5. Customer Rights Regarding Personal Information

Customers have the right to view and edit their personal information stored in the Company’s database.

If the Customer is registered on the Website, changes to personal information can be made in the relevant section of the Website. Alternatively, the Customer may notify the Company of changes by phone or message. Upon receiving such notification, the Company will update the information as soon as possible.

Customers also have the right to request deletion of their personal information if they no longer wish to place Orders or participate in marketing campaigns conducted by the Company in the future.
