We started providing property management services for rental apartments, which eventually led to the establishment of RIS Central Apartments Yerevan.

Fancy Aparthotel concept – RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan
We developed an Aparthotel concept, designed for a prime location near Dalma Mall. RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan started operating at the end of May, and immediately drew attention from international travelers and locals seeking exclusive accommodation options.

Tsaghkadzor expansion - RIS Holiday Apartments Tsaghkadzor
We expanded our presence in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia's most popular recreation destination located just 55 km from the capital, Yerevan. RIS Holiday Apartments Tsaghkadzor marked the third installment of the RIS Apartments, and the first one to be situated outside the bustling city of Yerevan.

You can make reservations by visiting the Booking section of our website, or by contacting us at the phone numbers on the website.
After completing your reservation online, you will get an automatic receipt email containing your accommodation confirmation. In the case of reserving by phone, our team will send you a confirmation email and inform you about the further procedures.
The hotel check-in time starts from 15:00, and check-out should be completed by 12:00. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Applicable charges may be billed for exceeding hours.
The apartments offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms, as well as in the common areas. You will receive the access code upon your arrival.
Тhe usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all our apartments and common areas. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.
To accommodate your pet, a one-time payment of 25,000 AMD is required, along with a deposit of 50,000 AMD. The deposit will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been checked.
Only registered guests are allowed to access our apartments.
